Howdy

Hey everyone, sorry i haven’t written in so long, i’ve been so busy on my placement… It’s so much fun, I’m at a place called Micrographix in Bicester. And i love it here, it’s fantastic. I don’t want the week to end, and i don’t want to go back to college, had a taste of the working life now, and i love it, even without the money.

I spent all of last night looking on the interwebby for design jobs, anywhere. I felt like eloping. Doesn’t that sound like fun?

I don’t know, i just… wish i was older, and that i hadn’t taken my gap year, and that well, everything was just a year on. So i wouldn’t have another bloody year of college to put up with before i can get my hands dirty again. I’ve had so much fun here i just don’t want to go. I don’t know. If i’m really lucky (not likely, but i’m hoping) i can get a placement here over the summer, if not i’ll ask the CD for a reference to get one. I’m gonna miss this whole thing too much if i just stew over the summer and don’t design anything. I can’t wait to let everyone know how my placement went back at college, and tell them what they missed out on because they couldn’t be bothered to sort one out.

This is definitely my future, and it’s looking brighter every day.

I can’t wait to see what it holds,

Oh Dear…

I have a very difficult decision to make, between Liz & Sarah, things are coming to a head and i need to make a choice. I don’t know what to do, cause Liz is supposed to be coming to France, but… Sarah. Oh dear….. I don’t know what to do. Me and Liz bicker constantly, but my mum is practically in love with her, and has invited her to France and paid for her ticket and everything and just… argh.

Exhibition Madness!

Oh my god! It’s been crazy these last few days, trying to put this exhibition up for the end of next week… So excited my work’s gonna be in it… It’s a 2nd year exhibition, but i’ve been chosen to represent the first year work. I’m so psyched. lol.

I might take some photos and let you know how it went.

Well, G’nite

Been up for ages now, and i’m aching all over… Managed to clean my entire room in one evening… which is a mission for anyone… but a marathon for me. I’m gonna go to bed now. Will let you all know how college goes tomorrow, should be okay, though we have a handin, which is quite worrying. lol.

Had a really good day today, did some crazy capoeira training… learnt loads… Thanks Ourico.

Really looking forward to Friday, helping out at a gig and playing Capoeira outside it too. Should be awesome. Got some Abadas (Capoeira trousers) so i’m very happy. again… Thanks Ourico.

Damn

Was supposed to go to Chester University today for an open day, but got up at 10am, which is when i needed to be there… and it’s a 3 hour drive. Damnit. lol. There’s another one in October though, so hopefully i’ll be able to go to that one. I want to go there, so i can see what it’s like before i apply. I might email them and ask if i can come up and have a look anyway. We’ll see. I’ll keep you posted, I’m gonna put up some of my design work later anyway, so you can all see it,

Had A Good Day

Hey, just thought i’d post. I’ve had a really good day chillin with Sas, Harry, Egg & Jas in town. Played capoeira with egg and sas for a bit, was good fun. Learnt i can Mea Lua to Armada to Au now. Quite a good combo i think. Hopefully gonna learn Estuprado soon. I do love my capoeira. Might even have some photos at some point. XD
